Why Rodents?

I have always cherished little creatures. As they race through the corridors of my mind, I try to capture their perspective.

How did you know you wanted to paint?

I didn't. Marginalia pranced forth when I purchased my first box of watercolors a few years ago. Lending a little color to scenes that were at times delicious (and at others delirious) made such a difference. Suddenly, life leapt from the page. . . Now center stage.
